Angelina DeCaro

Meet Angelina DeCaro. Angelina has enjoyed working with children of varying ages, over the past 10 years in several diverse settings. Angelina graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Prior to coming to Sand Hill School, she worked as an Educational Therapist, engaging with students experiencing a wide array of learning needs. She has worked at Sand Hill School for the past five years and in that time, has taken on a myriad of roles.

Her current role is as a middle school advisory teacher as well as the middle school reading interventionist. She is currently certified as a Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner (WDP), but is expanding upon her knowledge, and is enrolled in a practicum program, at the end of which, she will be a certified Wilson Dyslexia Therapist (WDT). She is very excited about this process of specializing her craft and continuing to develop her love for teaching students to become confident readers.
