ONLINE - Anxiety Parent Support Group

April 17, 2025

Various stressors have increased anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and fears in children and adolescents. Parenting during these challenging times has truly tested families. Join other parents and caregivers to share concerns and strategies, and feel supported in parenting a child with mental health challenges.

We are pleased to introduce group facilitator, Dr. Olivia McDonald, who has centered her career around serving children, adolescents, and caregivers. She possesses a wealth of experience in providing comprehensive care to individuals grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-harm/suicidal tendencies, ADHD, developmental delays, learning differences, behavioral challenges, mood disorders, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. In her professional endeavors, Dr. McDonald prioritizes empowering caregivers by equipping them with tools to enhance their parent-child relationships. Her guidance aims to support caregivers as they navigate the complexities of fostering resilience and empowerment in their children, especially in high-pressure academic environments.

Space is limited for all parent support groups as these are interactive discussion groups, don't forget to reserve your spot today!
